San Carlos City, Negros Occidental will celebrate the most awaited Pintaflores Festival. This time, what will be the local designers' schemes will look like. I say, its worth watching for! Pintaflores Festival is well known for its "blow one's mind" costumes that will totally knock your eyes and say "WOW"!
The Festival will be on November 5, 2011 at San Carlos City Auditorium.
